With project teams focused on execution and consolidation of results, this edition places a stronger emphasis on the valorisation, exploitation and communication of the solutions developed, with an emphasis on impact.
The programe supports PPS teams in clarifying their results, defining exploitation pathways and preparing future actions.

Valorisation and exploitation of results
Support in characterising the results developed and identifying exploitation opportunities, including target markets, audiences, potential demonstrations and differentiated value propositions.
Sustainability and business models
Exploration of economic sustainability models and definition of profitable and scalable business models, with a focus on internationalisation and preparing solutions for scaling processes.
Partnerships and collaboration readiness
Definition of a clear roadmap for the evolution of the solutions, identification of potential strategic partners, and support in preparing interactions with partners, clients and investors, including pitches and proposals tailored to different target audiences.
Dissemination and communication
Production of communication content and materials to support the dissemination of results, engagement of relevant stakeholders, and presentation of solutions to different audiences, contexts and decision-making moments.

Identification of potential partnerships and preparation for meetings with partners, clients and investors, including the development and presentation of compelling proposals tailored to different target audiences.
