The 1st edition of Energy Transformers – Energy Transition marked the launch of the programme as a structured initiative for capacity building and acceleration of innovative solutions for the energy transition. The programme aimed to support Agenda partners in the validation, demonstration and commercialisation of their solutions, fostering connections between the innovation ecosystem and the key challenges of the energy sector. Through hands-on capacity building, structured mentoring and engagement with strategic partners, Energy Transformers positioned itself as a bridge between technical knowledge and real market application.

Program Snapshot
The first edition of Energy Transformers – Energy Transition was designed as a capacity-building, acceleration and market-connection programme targeted at projects (PPS) under the ATE Agenda.
The programme focused on:
- Supporting the transformation of technologies into solid value propositions aligned with real market needs
- Promoting the exploration of market opportunities and sustainability models
- Creating conditions for engagement with partners, investors and clients within a collaborative innovation framework

Workshops and Mentoring
The workshops addressed key topics such as:
- Value exploration and solution characterisation
- Identification of markets and application opportunities
Video showcase
The programme concluded with the *Video Showcase Bootcamp*, a module dedicated to the production of professional audiovisual content to highlight the results, impact and potential of the supported solutions.
Through this module, teams were able to:
- Structure and refine the narrative of their solutions
- Receive one-to-one mentoring on pitching
- Produce videos for institutional communication and external dissemination
